About the project
AOBEUP is a professional association platform requiring a robust content management system capable of handling member directories, event management, publications, and multi-level access control for different membership tiers.
We architected the solution on Drupal 11, leveraging its powerful permissions system, Views module for dynamic content listings, and Webform for member registration and event sign-up flows. A custom Artlogic-derived theme delivers a clean, institutional design appropriate for the association's mandate.
The platform supports editorial workflows, content scheduling, and a searchable member directory — giving the association's administrators full control over all content without developer intervention.

The Challenge
The association was managing member data, event registrations, and publications across spreadsheets and email threads. They needed a centralized platform with role-based access that non-technical administrators could operate independently.
